process
step1
Once you have been selected as a participant and made your deposit to lock your spot on the schedule, our designers will begin working with your decision-makers to start drafting concept artwork for your new custom site. There will be round table discussions on the type of visual style you are looking for, and we will have you submit a list of best of breed examples you have found on the web that inspire you. While we never replicate other sites, seeing examples of the type of sites that you find beautiful gives us a picture of the type of them you are looking for (such as edgy versus contemporary) and the type of color schemes are appealing to you. Armed with this information the designers will begin the first draft concept art. Your staff reviews this, suggests changes and tweaks, and we make those changes to the concept art and resubmit. We do this until we have arrived at a design that is completely unique and surpassing your imagination!

step2
Once the design concept has been approved, our developers start working with your staff to determine the types of components that you want for your site specifically and how you would like them configured. They also determine what portions of content and structure you would like ported over from any previous websites you may have and the best flow of method of navigation for your site. Their job is to make sure the system is as perfect for your church as the design itself as.

step3
Armed with this information our developers build your site and server from the ground up to combine the concept work created by our award winning team and the system structure you have specified. Once development is nearing an end we will open the site for your staff to see and to suggest any final tweaks and alterations.

step4
After your system has been created to your satisfaction it is time to learn to use it! Your staff will be given a comprehensive class to personally teach them how to use every aspect of the new site. This class is typically given by our Lead Developer, Brooks Patton through conference call and GoToMeeting so that everyone gets hands on training and expertise. While a system of this magnitude is quite complex, managing it is a breeze! If your staff can use Microsoft Word then they can easily manage every facet of your new site!

step5
All systems go! Time to launch your new site to the world! Time from start to finish of the entire process typically takes 2-3 weeks.
